Vice President, Global GSI Partner Sales

This is a senior global leadership role focused on accelerating enterprise growth through strategic partnerships with leading Global Systems Integrators. The position plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing a worldwide partner sales strategy that drives pipeline creation, co-sell execution, and revenue expansion. You will work closely with top-tier GSIs to position advanced identity security solutions as a core element of digital transformation, cloud adoption, and zero trust initiatives. This is a highly strategic and execution-driven role requiring strong executive presence, deep partner ecosystem expertise, and the ability to influence across global organizations. You will collaborate across sales, product, marketing, and customer success to ensure scalable partner success. The role blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth enterprise SaaS environment.
Accountabilities:

Define and execute the global GSI partner sales strategy aligned with enterprise growth objectives.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with global systems integrators, including alliance leaders and practice heads.
Drive GSI-sourced and GSI-influenced pipeline creation and revenue growth across global markets.
Develop joint value propositions, offerings, and solutions aligned to cloud, security, compliance, and digital transformation priorities.
Lead scalable co-sell motions in collaboration with internal field sales teams.
Oversee forecasting, pipeline tracking, and revenue performance for partner-driven business.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and partner programs to enable GSIs with training, certifications, and sales assets.
Drive development of joint solutions, reference architectures, and repeatable offerings with strategic partners.
Act as the executive liaison between GSIs and internal leadership teams across sales, product, and customer success.
Build and lead a high-performing global partner sales organization with clear KPIs and accountability.
Incorporate partner feedback into product and go-to-market strategy to influence roadmap priorities.
Requirements:

15+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, including significant leadership in partner or GSI-driven organizations.
Proven success in building and scaling global partner ecosystems that generate enterprise SaaS revenue.
Strong relationships with top global systems integrators such as Accenture, Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG, and IBM.
Experience selling cybersecurity, identity, cloud, or infrastructure platforms into large enterprise environments.
Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, co-sell models, and partner-led growth strategies.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders internally and externally.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and align diverse stakeholders around shared outcomes.
Strong analytical and forecasting discipline, with data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present clearly in both written and verbal formats.
Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong organizational and execution skills.
Proven capability to build trust-based relationships across global, diverse stakeholder groups.
