The World Class Automotive Group Talent Acquisition Team recruits talent to compliment the Randall Reed family of dealerships in Houston and Dallas locations. Through dealership acquisitions and business growth we are in need of quality individuals to staff our corporate and dealership needs. The World Class Automotive Group seeks individuals that have the highest level of integrity, a stable work history, a commitment to relentless customer satisfaction and a desire for a long term profitable career.
Due to our recent growth and acquisitions we are looking for individuals to fulfill the following position:
Customer Care Agent, Planet Ford 45, Spring TX.
Key Accountability Areas:
Deliver all sold vehicles to customers with an emphasis placed on complete customer satisfaction by explaining the dealership’s philosophy and customer viewpoint questionnaire
Ensure all customer license plates are installed & delivered
Verify all customers are introduced to the service department & the first service appointment has been set
Ensure all customer concerns are addressed within 24 hours
Ensure all supplies are accounted for, properly stocked and are in a clean orderly manner
Compensation Plan:
