Job Overview
The Class A Bulk Tanker Driver will deliver industrial gases such as liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, liquid argon, CO 2 , and hydrogen to Linde customer sites using tractor trailer tankers. The role requires a focus on safety, attention to detail, and compliance with all regulations related to cryogenic transportation.
Responsibilities
Conduct and report pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
Couple and uncouple trailers (drop and hook) when needed.
Connect and disconnect transfer hoses, ensuring secure couplings and proper handling of cryogenic tanks, hoses, and fittings.
Monitor pressure and temperature during delivery to ensure safe unloading.
Adhere to safety protocols during loading, unloading, and handling of cryogenic gases.
Ensure hazardous material shipping orders and paperwork comply with DOT regulations.
Maintain accurate shipping documentation, logbooks, and records per DOT and company policies.
Identify the need for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Partner professionally with internal and external customers to meet business goals and customer needs.
Continuously build knowledge of Linde’s business operations to contribute to organizational growth.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
3+ years of tractor‑trailer driving experience OR 2+ years of tanker trailer driving experience.
Willingness to work in a team operation.
Willing to cross into Canada.
High School Diploma or GED.
Valid CDL Class A with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
Benefits
Salary range: $117,000 – $193,000 per year.
Average earnings: $155,000 annually (estimation).
Direct Deposit weekly.
