
Assistant Manager (Full-time)

As an Assistant Store Manager at Scrubs & Beyond, you will support the Store Manager in driving overall store performance, ensuring all areas of the store are aligned with key objectives and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Your responsibilities encompass all facets of store operations, including scheduling, customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory management, financial reporting, and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business results by analyzing trends, maximizing daily sales, and developing team members to achieve business goals
Partner with the Store Manager to manage expense budgets, payroll, and adherence to procedures
Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships by cultivating and maintaining relationships with local healthcare providers and meeting outreach expectations
Create an exceptional customer experience with a strong presence on the sales floor and model optimal selling behaviors
Assist the Store Manager in fostering continuous learning and development for all team members by providing regular feedback and leading performance management efforts equitably
Act as the leader in the building and assume management responsibilities when the Store Manager is not available, including coaching and training team members
Lead through the Kindthread Core Values, inspire innovation, and maintain a high-performance culture
Execute and maintain strong visual merchandising standards
Essential Qualifications
In-depth retail expertise
At least 2–4 years of retail or sales experience in a leadership capacity or relevant experience
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding personal and overall store sales targets
Ability to quickly understand and address business information such as budgets, sales forecasts, and retail strategy
Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Full-time 32–40 hours weekly
