Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with product information, order placement, and tracking.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with computers and customer service software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
