Automotive Assistant Service Advisor/valet

Responsibilities
Assist Service Staff with vehicle check in.
Create and manage repair orders for Inventory vehicles
Retrieve and check in loaner vehicles before and after customer use.
Assist and train under Service Advisors to fill Advisor position during Vacation and Sick Days.
Commission earned per day filling in.
Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
Assist with incoming phone calls.
Placed scheduling calls as needed/directed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Automotive experience preferred but not required
Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best‑in‑class customer service
Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
