Could you be the full‑time Torquing Expert – Special Process in Sricity we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your specialized process engineering expertise in a cutting‑edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality, safety, and efficiency of our special processes, particularly in torquing operations. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, quality, supply chain, sourcing, and EHS), contribute to technology transfers, and support supplier development, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of industrial risk management and process qualifications, but also oversee training and continuous improvement initiatives.
We’ll look to you for:
Contributing to product design and industrialization during tender phases to optimize costs and minimize risks
Building technical solutions and interacting with product engineering to align designs with industrial requirements
Managing industrial risk through Process FMEA and implementing improvement action plans
Supporting sourcing and supplier quality teams in supplier qualification and quality follow‑ups
Ensuring deployment and validation of new processes in line with project planning
Training workers, managers, and support functions on special process business rules
Performing internal and external audits to ensure compliance with process rules
Investigating non‑conformities and implementing effective repair solutions
Proposing improvements to business rules and participating in special process network initiatives
All about you
Engineering degree in process engineering, mechanical, electrical, or chemical fields
2 to 5 years’ experience in industrial torquing
Hands‑on experience with special processes, including execution, definition, and qualification
Training and qualification by a third party for special processes, such as torquing
Recognition as a special process expert by a central coordinator
Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and guide others effectively
Proficiency in English and other applicable local languages
Independent, rigorous, and innovative mindset
