Overview
The Digital Media Designer will support the execution of digital and social media marketing and communication initiatives through high‑quality visual design. This role is responsible for following the direction provided and creating digital‑first assets across web, social, email, and multimedia platforms, ensuring consistency with brand standards while supporting campaign goals.

What you will need

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent experience.

2+ years of experience in digital design or graphic design in a corporate environment.

Strong portfolio showcasing digital and campaign‑focused design work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro) and design tools such as Figma or similar.

Experience designing for digital platforms (web, email, social, display advertising) using AI‑based methods.

Experience in video shooting, editing, and motion graphics for digital platforms.

How you will make an impact

Design and produce digital assets including website graphics, social media content, email campaigns, display ads, motion graphics and landing pages.

Capture and produce short‑form video content for social media, including basic filming and editing to final production.

Support integrated marketing campaigns by translating strategy into engaging visual content across multiple channels.

Create and adapt designs for various formats and devices, ensuring consistency and usability.

Comfortably participate on camera when needed for content creation (e.g., internal videos, social media, or brand storytelling).

Utilize AI‑powered tools to enhance creative output, streamline workflows, and support content development.

Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and ensure adherence to company standards.

Prepare and deliver production‑ready files optimized for digital platforms.

Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and Creative teams to develop and refine creative concepts.

Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Stay current on digital design trends, tools, and platform best practices.
