Design‑oriented architecture firm specializing in government and public‑sector projects is seeking a
BIM Systems Administrator
with strong technical expertise and a passion for high‑quality design. The ideal candidate should have
5+ years of hands‑on Architecture + BIM management , with proficiency in Revit workflows and model coordination.
Responsibilities
BIM Management
Oversee creation, maintenance, and quality control of Revit models
Manage COBie data and ensure compliance with project requirements
Develop and maintain firm’s Revit content library, templates, and standards
Create custom Revit families, parametric components, and complex assemblies
Establish and enforce BIM execution plans and digital project delivery standards
Revit Modeling & Coordination
Support project managers with model development
Produce drawings, diagrams, and documentation that support design intent
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and project team
Qualifications
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
Minimum
5 years of architectural project design experience
in a professional setting
Minimum
5 years of BIM/Revit management experience
Advanced proficiency in Revit and related coordination tools
Experience with COBie workflows
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision
Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
