
Product Operations Analyst (Data & Insights)

* Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product effectiveness, customer experience, growth, and operational health.* Write and execute queries on large datasets to support ongoing analysis and ad hoc business questions.* Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into product performance.* Monitor product and operational performance to proactively identify issues impacting adoption, retention, and profitability.* Deliver regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, highlighting trends, risks, and actionable recommendations.* Support a culture of experimentation by designing, measuring, and interpreting A/B and multivariate tests.* Ensure analytical rigor in experimentation and clearly communicate results and implications.* Identify opportunities to improve product operations processes, data quality, and reporting efficiency.* Stay current on industry best practices in product analytics, experimentation, and data tooling.* Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement across the product development lifecycle.* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.* **Experience:**
+ 2–4+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.* **Preferred Skills:**
+ Strong proficiency in querying large datasets (e.g., SQL).
+ Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar.
+ Experience designing and analyzing A/B or multivariate experiments.
+ Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies.
+ Experience aligning analytics with OKRs, planning processes, and operational reporting.
+ Exposure to data modeling, Python, R, or advanced statistical techniques is a plus.
