Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in San Diego, CA, for the role of Immigration Paralegal - Removal Defense. The Immigration Paralegal will assist attorneys by preparing legal documents, managing case files, coordinating client communication, and supporting removal defense and other immigration-related matters. The role also involves in-depth research on immigration issues, ensuring compliance with deadlines, and assisting in visa-related case management.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Immigration Law and at least three years of experience with removal defense cases
Skilled in Legal Document Preparation and case management, with attention to detail
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Fluency in Spanish is required
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification required
