
Sr Maintenance Scheduler

Primary Purpose of Position
The Senior Maintenance Scheduler (Daily/Outage) is responsible for the development and control of the discipline schedules, balancing workload with available resources, emphasizing schedule consistency and workability to support meeting the On-line and Outage indicators. The role maintains accurate schedules throughout development and execution, updating and publishing as required.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Coordinate, develop and update discipline schedules to ensure an accurate product for use in effective planning, resource allocation, parts acquisition, and schedule execution.
Develop detailed accurate and usable schedules and reports to provide effective management tools for execution and feedback.
Attend scheduling meetings to ensure pre-planning, implementation, and schedule critiques are effective in developing continuous product improvement.
Assist in the development of work windows and contingency plans, by working with Work Week Managers, Project Manager and Cycle Schedulers.
Assist assigned department with traveler requests and tracking.
Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience.
Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 5 years of related experience.
High school diploma/GED with 7 years of related experience.
Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties.
Preferred Qualifications
Maintenance experience.
