Live Screening Spotlight: 2026 Asian Filmmaker Shorts

Asian American Arts Alliance is hosting an open call for graduating BFA and MFA Asian filmmakers in 2026. The screening event will take place on May 29th at Accent Sisters in New York City, showcasing short films created as part of their thesis work. Selected artists will only contribute a $15 venue support fee, and they will receive 2 complimentary guest tickets. Application deadline is May 5th, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.
