Position Overview
Resident Assistants / CNAs
–
Part‑time (1st & 2nd Shift)
Location: Alto Overland Park – 10300 Indian Creek Parkway, Overland Park, KS 66210
Pay Range:
$18.50 – $20.50 per hour (based on experience)
We seek compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care. Ideal candidates have experience in assisted living, memory care, long‑term care, hospital, home health, rehabilitation, or dementia care, and are passionate about resident‑centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed‑linens, transfer, mobility, medication reminders, and incontinence care).
Maintain accurate care records and update residents’ service plans.
Communicate daily with Resident Services associates to ensure continuity of care.
Promote a safe environment for residents, associates, and visitors.
Support programming and operations within the community.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of related health care experience.
Complete required dementia training if working in a community with an Ensemble Program.
Positive criminal background screening.
Adherence to the Company Drug‑Free Workplace policy.
Preferred Qualifications
CPR and first aid certification required or preferred.
Licensed or certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA) in good standing with the state.
Experience with computerized resident documentation systems.
