Permit Technician – Trades (Permitting & Inspections Department)
This paraprofessional position is primarily responsible for assisting in the administration of the City’s development regulations with a focus on trades and building, and for consistently providing customer service to the public on permitting issues.
Responsibilities
Assist applicants with the permitting process for building and trades projects.
Provide information and guidance to the public regarding City development regulations.
Coordinate with inspectors to ensure timely completion and closure of permits.
Maintain records and documentation related to permitting activities.

Pay grade 15: $30.48–$33.97 hourly
Remote Tier 1: Zero days remote per week
