Pulling & Staging Associate Position
Location: Ocoee, FL
Department: Operations
Reports To: Operations Manager
Pay Rate:
$19.50/hr
What You’ll Do
Pull merchandise from the rack system and load it to the staging area for delivery and installation.
Use proper material‑handling techniques when pulling, staging, and receiving to minimize damage to merchandise and personal injuries.
Apply inventory practices to scan items when pulling, loading, and putting away products.
Examine products for damages, document reasons for damages, and notify a supervisor.
Unload receiving containers, label them, and put away inventory.
Put away merchandise into the rack system from various distribution center departments.

Requirements
Must be able to complete a pre‑employment drug test, background check, and physical ability test.
Education and Work Experience
No high school diploma required.
Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred but not required.
Work Environment & Schedule
Full‑time, 40 hours per week, overnight schedule: 6:30 PM – 5:00 AM.
Four 10‑hour shifts per week with three days off.
Includes weekends.
0% travel.
Physical Requirements
Lifting up to 75 lbs+.
Working at high heights, bending, prolonged standing and walking.
Technology Requirements
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Basic knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
WMS – High Jump experience preferred but not required.
Certifications & Licenses
No certifications required.
