Salary: $19 – $20 per hour. Shift: First. Work hours: 6 AM – 6 PM. Education: No Degree Required.
Responsibilities
Material Movement & Logistics:
Loading and unloading inbound and outbound trucks and containers.
Operating various fork trucks and pallet jacks (sit‑down, stand‑up, deep reach, clamp apparatus, etc.) after completing required company certification training and periodic recertification.
Transporting, storing, and maintaining raw and packaging inventories in designated locations.
Actively supporting production by staging materials and removing finished goods or scrap as needed.
Equipment & Production Operation:
Operating specialized production equipment, including palletizers and automatic bottle handling/de‑palletizer equipment.
Performing pre‑shift inspections and ensuring all material handling equipment (fork trucks, pallet jacks) is operational and safe before use.
Safety & Compliance:
Demonstrating a constant commitment to safety by adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Utilizing safety tools such as Impact Sensors and other Factory Systems to ensure a safe working environment.
Ensuring all loads are secure, stable, and properly balanced before moving.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work area.
The essential functions of this role include:
Wearing steel toe shoes.
Manual lifting up to 50 lbs.
Working weekends.
Skills
Pallet Jack Operation.
Sit Down Forklifts.
Qualifications
Years of experience: 3 years.
Experience level: Entry Level.
No Degree Required.
