This role supports Demand Side Management (DSM) programs within the Energy Efficiency and Demand Response portfolio. The Project Coordinator operates across both teams, with responsibilities shifting based on seasonal demand and program volume.
Primary Programs Supported
Residential Saver Switch
AC Rewards (smart thermostat program)
Limited commercial Saver Switch initiatives
During lower-volume periods, the role may also support EV rebates, energy efficiency programs, pilot initiatives, and Windsource enrollments.
This is a high-volume, operations-focused role centered on rebate processing and program administration. A high level of accuracy is essential due to regulatory oversight by the PUC.
Key Responsibilities
Process high volumes of rebate applications and work orders (tens of thousands annually)
Manage tasks from shared Salesforce queues in a prioritized (oldest-to-newest) workflow
Validate customer eligibility, equipment qualifications, and incentive amounts
Review applications submitted via digital platforms, PDFs, and physical mail
Coordinate with third-party vendor Hunt Electric via Salesforce, email, and chat
Monitor performance and workload using Salesforce dashboards
Collaborate with team members daily in a remote environment
Support both residential and, as needed, commercial rebate processes

Work Environment & Schedule
Primarily remote with one in-office day per week (Monday or Friday)
Office location: Minneapolis, MN
Standard 40-hour workweek between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in high-volume operational or program administration roles
Experience working in shared queue environments
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Analytical and validation skills
Experience with modern data entry or processing systems
Ability to work in a large, cross-functional organization
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with PDFs, scanning, and document management
Utility, rebate, or regulated program experience
Process improvement mindset
Core Competencies
