What we’re looking for:
Someone responsible for reviewing and verifying that all required aspects of the real estate loan process have been met prior to disbursing the loan proceeds.

What you’ll do:
Perform comprehensive reviews of executed loan packages, including real estate loans, for accuracy and completion.
Distribute loan proceeds timely and in accordance with loan documentation.
Deliver electronic drafts; route online loan applications to appropriate region.
Document any technical exceptions evident in the loan documents or supporting documentation.
What you must have:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum two (2) years of banking experience
Previous experience with loan documentation and loan structuring

There is frequent use of the telephone, computer and other office equipment associated with this position.
