Job Summary / Objective
Performs routine maintenance and repair work on facility systems and equipment with limited supervision. Supports operational efficiency through preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
Essential Job Functions and Duties
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems (electrical, plumbing, mechanical)
Conduct preventive maintenance on warehouse and production equipment
Troubleshoot common equipment and facility issues
Assist with installation and setup of machinery and facility upgrades
Inspect facilities and equipment to identify repair needsMaintain maintenance logs and documentation
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Intermediate troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems
Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and safety procedures
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependability and accountability
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
2–4 years of maintenance or related technical experience
Work Schedule / Travel / Additional Requirements
Normal office hours are Monday - Friday, 8AM – 4:30PM
This position will work 7AM – 3:30PM Monday – Friday
overtime may be required depending on project needs
Travel may be required between facilities

Must be able to grip fine contacts and wires with one hand and operate crimping tool with the other hand
Must be able to see fine components and have manual dexterity to properly place and solder these components.
Safety Glasses must be worn at all times when in certain production areas.
Enclosed non-skid shoes must be worn at all times when in the production areas.
Other PPE, such as goggles, welding hoods, gloves, fall protection must be worn where required as needed
