Full-Time Nanny
A warm and attentive family is seeking a nurturing, reliable, and engaging full-time nanny to care for their 3.5‑month‑old. This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys infant care, is proactive, and is comfortable supporting a structured yet flexible daily routine.
About the Role
The nanny will be responsible for providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care for a 3.5‑month‑old while also assisting with light household tasks related to the child.
Schedule
Monday through Friday
8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Compensation & Benefits
$25–$30 per hour (DOE)
Paid through family payroll system
2 weeks paid vacation
3 sick days
2 personal days
6 paid holidays
Responsibilities
Engage in enriching play (tummy time, supported sitting, interactive play, reading, and toys)
Support developmental milestones through attentive care and play
Do outdoor walks and support feeding schedule
Maintain a consistent nap and activity routine (midday typically repeats between 12–2 PM)
Additional Notes
Family independently hires doulas as needed
Looking for someone collaborative, warm, and flexible
Must be comfortable working alongside a parent who is occasionally home
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
First Aid and CPR certification
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to pass a standard background check
Provide professional references
Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
