The Roof Boyz, a trusted leader in roofing services, is seeking motivated and personable Appointment Setters to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be the key connection between potential clients and our roofing experts. Your role involves reaching out, engaging with leads, and scheduling appointments to help homeowners protect and enhance their properties.
Responsibilities:
Contact prospective clients through various channels to introduce The Roof Boyz's services.
Schedule appointments for roofing consultations and inspections.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-up activities.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth scheduling and customer satisfaction.
Provide excellent customer service and professional communication at all times.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, or sales preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A valid driver's license may be required.

Compensation & Benefits:
Pay : $75000+ per year (Base Pay plus Uncapped Commission + Bonuses).
