We're Hiring Maintenance Technician!
Maintenance Technician – Seasonal (Full-Time, Potential for Year-Round)
Western Camps, Inc. | Wonder Valley Ranch Resort
Location: 6450 Elwood Rd. Sanger, CA
Pay: $17.50–$20.00/hour
Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in fixing things, and thrives in a role where no two days are the same? Join our team at Wonder Valley Ranch Resort as a Full-Time Seasonal Maintenance Technician, with the opportunity to transition into a year-round position after the summer season.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our property running smoothly, helping create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
What You’ll Do
Perform a wide range of repairs including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting
Respond to maintenance requests and assist with urgent repairs
Maintain vehicles, go-karts, minibikes, and other equipment
Assist with pool maintenance and occasional groundskeeping
Support room setups, furniture moves, and event preparations
Apply treatments for weeds and insects as needed
Safely operate tools and maintenance equipment
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
Complete scheduled maintenance tasks and projects on time
Take on additional duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
Experience in general maintenance and repair work
Comfortable using hand tools and basic machinery
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs)
Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Good communication and time management skills
At least 1 year of maintenance or mechanical experience preferred
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
