Forklift Driver
The Forklift Driver is responsible for driving a forklift, bringing cores to the machines, as well as other duties to support day‑to‑day production activity.
We have multiple 2nd and 3rd shift openings in multiple departments.
What You’ll Do:
Operate a power forklift to transport materials, distribute and organize castings, patterns, cores, etc. in assigned areas as necessary.
Examine gauges to ensure the truck operates properly.
Report any truck problems to supervisor.
Perform daily forklift condition audit by completing the daily forklift check sheets and forwarding them to supervisor.
Ensure that the product is being packed into proper shipping containers.
Complete inventory tickets and routing forms as required.
Itemize data and input it into the inventory database as necessary.
Utilize downtime constructively by doing housekeeping or other area‑improvement activities.

Requirements:
Previous forklift experience is required.
