KBR’s enduring mission support of the **LOGCAP** program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 10 countries.**Job Summary**As a **Senior Logistics Warehouseman**, you will receive, check in, and issue materials in support of construction and maintenance activities.**Roles and Responsibilities*** Handle warehouse layout planning, establish document files, prepare required documents and reports.* Maintain inventories and complete records.* Ensure proper planning, receipt, storage, and issue of all project material and the control of project furnished small tools and third-party rentals.* Provide leadership to cause the creation of organizational structure and processes required to fully execute the requirements of services and is responsible for the execution of services.* Evaluate service execution for compliance with the contract, schedule, cost budgets, and quality.* Advise team of status, issues, impacts, risk, and cost influence factors in reference to scope of work.* Inform team of updates to safety rules and procedures.* Perform other duties as assigned.**Basic Qualifications** (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)* Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field is preferred.* Must have at least 4 years of experience in a Logistics/Warehouse role.* Requires at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.* Requires strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.* Must have excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks.* Requires strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.* Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders are required.* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.* Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.**KBR Benefits**KBR offers a selection of competitive lifestyle benefits which could include medical, dental, life insurance, AD&D, R&R, an Employee Support Program and more.
