Overview
ServiceMaster Fire & Water Restoration by Houts is seeking candidates experienced in residential remodels.
Responsibilities
Perform residential remodel tasks, including drywall, texture, painting, carpentry, and flooring.
Safely climb ladders, lift at least 75 pounds, work in confined spaces, and work around various chemicals without adverse reaction.
Be on-call on a rotating schedule, maintain a reliable driving record, and comply with background check requirements.
Qualifications
Experience with drywall, texture, painting, carpentry, and flooring.
Basic technology skills with computers or tablets.
Ability to safely climb a ladder, lift at least 75 pounds, work in confined spaces, and handle a variety of chemicals without adverse reaction.
Valid driving record and satisfactory background check.
