JOB DESCRIPTION
Location:

1550 Harper. The entrance to the facility is 1899 Ferry St.

Position:

1 laborer for 1 day, starting Friday, May 6th 2025. Hours: 8 a.m.–4 p.m., including a half‑hour unpaid lunch.

Safety and Equipment:

PPE requirements: hard hat, steel‑toe boots, safety vest, gloves (optional). Laborer must wear boots, gloves, and a reflective vest and have a phone. Must have own vehicle on property.

Job Summary:

Performs a variety of general manual labor tasks under direct supervision.

Responsibilities

Lifting and moving materials (up to 30 lbs)

Loading and unloading vehicles

Digging and refilling holes

Mowing grass, trimming, and operating equipment

Other duties and tasks as assigned

Supervisor Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory duties.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. Preferred: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. Zero to four years of relevant experience.

No specific certificates, licenses, or registrations required.

No special knowledge, skills, or abilities required beyond those listed above.

Work Environment

Motor coordination and finger dexterity required occasionally.

Physical effort required in handling objects less than 30 pounds most of the day.

Exposure to physical occupational risks such as cuts, burns, and toxic chemicals occasionally.

Exposure to a dirty, odorous, noisy, or weather‑extreme environment occasionally.

Standard manual‑labor setting.
