Summary
This seasonal position will end October 2026.
Our Bartenders are responsible for providing exceptional beverage service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests. This role involves setting up and breaking down the bar, preparing and serving drinks efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and adhering to all alcohol service regulations.
What You'll Do:
Casual conversation, creativity, and allows for building on one’s style.
Assessing guest need, preferences, and making recommendations.
Comply with state and local serving guidelines.
Be knowledgeable about restaurant menu, including ingredients, and preparation techniques.
Be well versed in all hotel information, including other restaurants, and offered amenities.
Customize the guest experience by appreciating unique guest needs.
Place proper attention to appearance and presentation of all food and beverage.
Ensure bar is set and the surrounding area is clean.
Be resourceful and go above and beyond when fulfilling a guest’s special requests.
Communicate to managers and supervisors of any guest concerns or issues.
The last guest enjoys the same clean and presentable experience as the first.
Adhere to all hotel and departmental standards and policies, including attendance, cash handling, and side work responsibilities.
Ensure that all equipment is clean and functional.
