Environmental Services Technician

We are seeking an Environmental Services Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation within a facility by performing tasks like sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, emptying trash bins, replenishing supplies, and adhering to proper cleaning protocols.
Responsibilities
General Cleaning: Sweeping, moping, vacuuming floors, dusting furniture, wiping down surfaces, cleaning windows.
Bathroom sanitation: Cleaning toilets, sinks, urinals, mirrors, and replenishing soap and paper towel dispensers.
Waste Management: Emptying trash cans, properly disposing all waste.
Infection Control: Following strict disinfection protocols to prevent the spread of germs.
Equipment maintenance: Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment like floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, and mops.
Reporting issues: Identifying and reporting maintenance needs or potential hazards within the facility.
Qualifications
Previous experience in Environmental maintenance
Attention to detail
Stamina to preform repetitive tasks
Ability to follow instructions and cleaning protocols
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their proper use.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
