Job Overview
Location: Charlotte, NC. Position: Warehouse Operations Supervisor, 2nd Shift (4:30 PM‑3:00 AM, Saturday as needed). Exempt salary: $65,000‑75,000 per year, paid twice per month.

Responsibilities
Supervise, coordinate, and oversee day‑to‑day logistics operations.
Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities of the team.
Accountable for site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with customers on all aspects of operations.
Meet with team members regularly to monitor progress, coach, and counsel.
Cultivate team spirit with diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Conduct performance evaluations and recommend awards or merit increases.
Address performance problems through corrective action and disciplinary process.
Understand labor agreements and maintain positive labor relations.
Implement health & safety and security initiatives and adhere to company rules.
Provide orientation and training to employees and lead hands.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Zero to one year direct supervisory or leadership experience required.
