Bell Attendant
To provide prompt, courteous service to guests and familiarize all incoming guests to the Stein Collection. Establish high standards of conduct to maintain a professional image to our guests. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift at least 50 lbs. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Essential Functions

Welcome guests sincerely and make their stay as enjoyable as possible. Effectively and seriously respond and deal with the guests needs and requests

Be fully aware of daily functions in the hotel. Knowledgeable of surrounding area’s attractions and points of interests

Assist guests at check‑in and checkout. Tag, store, and distribute baggage

Orient guests to the Lodge and facilities

Show rooms and property to visitors

Delivery of items such as faxes, messages, packages, and flowers to the rooms as needed

Maintain fires in the fireplaces in the main entrance and main lobby

Provide ski and weather information

Maintain a clean, neat, and professional work area (including bell stand, room 11, and entire front entrance in the garage)

Have working knowledge of PBX console and procedures

Respond to all emergency situations, and know all the safety and emergency procedures and how to act upon them

Be able to quote basic history of the Stein Eriksen Lodge, Deer Valley, and Park City

Demonstrate an outgoing and pleasant attitude with all the guests and employees

Take all necessary measures to help the guests and fellow employees
