Job Description
Earlham Community School District is looking for a Head Jr. High Football coach to begin Fall 2026. This position will primarily work with Jr. High school (7th-8th) students who are a part of the football program.
Under the supervision of the Activities Director, the individual's role is to organize and administer the overall JH football program for the district, provide leadership in the development of specific football skills, create a flexible, safe and optimal team environment, and provide feedback to students, parents and administration regarding program development, expectations and goals.
