Children's Soccer Coach

Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part‑time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2–8. Local candidates only (no work status or visa sponsorship available). You’ll laugh, break a sweat, and end the day knowing you made a difference. Coaching our kids will be one of the most rewarding experiences you’ll have.
Schedule
Hours between M‑F, 8:30am‑5:30pm (including Sat/Sun 9am‑1pm).
Must be available to work one day over the weekend.
Flexibility – sessions scheduled near you, with opportunities to change availability by season.
Mondays through Fridays: mornings, afternoons, and evenings optional.
Saturdays: mornings required.
A full ten‑week commitment is required to take on a lead role.
The Job
Bring “Soccer Island” alive with enthusiasm and creativity.
Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set‑up and take‑down.
Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
Utilize Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood development techniques in every session.
Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.
Qualifications
Genuine passion for children and sports.
Safety conscious.
Access to reliable transportation.
Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills.

What We Offer
Competitive base pay: training rate $22/hour, after training $25/hour (includes admin and setup/breakdown), pay up to $35/hour through advancement.
Additional pay: mileage reimbursement, program growth incentive, perfect attendance reward, end‑of‑season bonus, coach referral incentive, parent feedback reward.
Training – No experience required! Paid comprehensive training program.
Career progression – promote from within to full‑time roles, program coordination, coach management, marketing, partnerships, and more.
