Summary
Event Staff are responsible for executing high-quality, organized, and safe event experiences across a variety of venues and client environments. This role supports event setup, guest engagement, operations,
Set up and tear down event spaces according to layout plans and timelines.
Load, unload, move, and arrange equipment such as tables, chairs, staging, tents, barricades, lighting, signage, and décor.
Assist with basic assembly and disassembly of event structures and equipment.
Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe before, during, and after events.
Follow instructions from event leads, supervisors, or production managers.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and use proper lifting techniques.
Provide on-site support during events as needed (repositioning equipment, quick resets, etc.)
Report damaged equipment or safety concerns promptly
Other duties may be assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred but not required.
Experience Requirements
Experience working as event staff preferred but not required.
Qualifications

Driver’s license not required. Must have reliable transportation.

Skills & Abilities
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
Physical Demands
Regularly lift up to 10 lbs.; frequently up to 25 lbs.; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Regular walking, standing, reaching, and handling equipment.
Must have adequate vision and hearing to perform tasks safely.
Occasional work outdoors or exposure to minor electrical hazards.
