The Opportunity:
Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, is adding a Project Coordinator to our team in one of our Glumac office hybrid work locations.
Position Summary:
In this role, you will balance multiple requests for assistance from Project Managers with ongoing/recurring weekly tasks such as tracking spending, preparing agendas, and meeting with Operations. You will work closely with our Accounting, Operations, and Project Management teams to uphold contract policies and procedures and assist PMs in successfully managing projects.
You will excel in this position if you have approximately 3 years of experience in the architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. The ability to take initiative, problem‑solve, and prioritize will be valuable assets in this role. There is also an opportunity to grow into a Project Manager position, and our team of highly skilled staff will support you in your advancement.
Essential Job Functions:
Serve as the Glumac point of contact for Construction Administration items, including logging, distribution, and creating review memos.
Provide formatting and editing for project specifications.
Perform graphical quality control of engineering design drawings at project milestones.
Format and edit various documents using Glumac templates.
Proofread and conduct quality control and reviews of documents for standards and branding.
Support Project Managers with project‑related tasks, including contract setup, tracking project spend, project planning, and completing setup forms.
Ensure compliance with contract policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Accounting, Operations, and Project Management.
Required Qualifications:
Approximately 3 years of experience in a corporate setting; AEC industry preferred.
Strong initiative, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills.
Ability to prioritize work to meet all active deadlines, manage multiple tasks, competing priorities, and changing work in a dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal skills to foster both internal and client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Word skills to include working knowledge of styles and formatting.
Familiarity with industry‑specific software such as Bluebeam and PlanGrid preferred.
Work Environment and Location:
This position offers a hybrid work environment, with a requirement of two in‑office days per week in one of our Glumac offices. All candidates must be located in and eligible to work in the U.S.
Compensation:
Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000 (depending on experience). The base salary range represents the low and high end of the compensation scale for this role. Actual salaries will be determined based on location, experience, responsibilities, and qualifications. This salary range is just one component of Glumac’s total compensation package, which includes benefits, professional development opportunities, and additional incentives.
