Program Manager - Privilege

We are looking for a program manager with great judgment and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to manage program initiatives and deliver results for Apple’s Privilege team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has significant experience with program management issues, training support, and operational execution. This role requires a professional with highly efficient operational skills, cross-functional coordination experience, and the ability to strategically support legal programs from end to end.

Description
As a member of Apple's Privilege team, you will serve as the operational backbone of Apple's global Privilege Program, owning its day-to-day rhythm, project management infrastructure, training delivery, and knowledge management systems. You'll orchestrate the end-to-end execution of the global privilege training program from scheduling and content coordination to live event delivery and continuous improvement while ensuring all program documentation, workflows, and communications are consistent, current, and accessible. You'll be working with a number of cross-functional teams and stakeholders across Apple. The position requires a high degree of self-sufficiency, independent judgment, and a detail-oriented, operationally focused approach. You will operate as part of a supportive and fun team of lawyers, legal specialists, and support staff who work closely together to protect Apple's interests. Occasional travel may be required.

Minimum Qualifications

6+ years of program management experience in a legal or litigation support environment (in-house, law firm, or legal services vendor), including direct experience with privilege-related workflows or issues

Proven experience designing and delivering training programs at scale, including scheduling, content coordination, and live/virtual event execution

Strong proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana, or equivalent), including building project plans, dashboards, and reporting cadences

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships across multiple functions and levels

Strong organizational skills with the ability to define objective key results, manage multiple concurrent workstreams, conflicting deadlines, and shifting priorities

Bachelor’s degree required, JD or equivalent considered a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to work independently and proactively to meet aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment, including managing and prioritizing deliverables with cross-functional teams

Sound business judgment and ability to handle multiple wide-ranging matters, conflicting deadlines, while exploring new areas of expertise as business needs change

Experience authoring and maintaining program documentation such as SOPs, playbooks, process workflows, and FAQ repositories

Interest in and ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and take ownership of projects while balancing time, quality, cost, and risk

Ability to foster and facilitate teamwork by cultivating relationships, collaborating, and effectively communicating with teammates and cross-functional partners in the pursuit of team goals; shares information and supports others

Maintain high ethical standards both personally and professionally; shows integrity and fairness in dealings with others; is reliable and trustworthy

Demonstrate sound judgment, discretion, and ability to properly handle confidential and sensitive information

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $157,400 and $237,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
