What You’ll Do
As our Janitorial Lead Cleaner, you are the heartbeat of our site operations. You won't just be a Cleaning Supervisor; you’ll be hands‑on, ensuring the facility shines.
Perform specialized cleaning: changing grates/filters, wiping walls, and mucking out booths.
Act as a Lead Custodian by checking behind teams to ensure every task meets our high‑quality scope.
Maintain safety by tackling "tack and blow," sweeping, and flood sheet duties.
What You Bring To The Team
Experience:
1–3 years in janitorial or lead roles.
Physicality:
Ability to lift 35 lbs repetitively and stay active throughout your shift.
Leadership:
An eye for detail and the ability to motivate a team to finish strong.
