Join our Quality Assurance team at our Detroit facility! As a
Label Specialist , you are the gatekeeper of production accuracy. You will manage the entire lifecycle of our labeling process—from creative design and printing to inventory reconciliation and high-level security. If you enjoy a mix of computer-based design and hands-on warehouse coordination, this is the role for you.
Your Impact at a Glance
Design & Production:
Create and print UPC and Shipper labels to keep our production lines moving.
Inventory Control:
Use RF scanners to receive, issue, and return labels, ensuring 100% count accuracy in our Navision system.
Security & Maintenance:
Oversee the label room to ensure it remains secure 24/7 and keep our printing equipment in top shape.
Quality Oversight:
Partner with the Quality Assurance Manager to resolve issues and verify that every label meets our high standards.
What You Bring
Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience:
At least one year of experience in warehouse production or a related field is preferred.
Technical Skills:
You must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (a proficiency test will be required).
Detail-Focused:
A passion for accuracy and the ability to maintain meticulous logs and records.
Physical Readiness:
Ability to walk or stand for long periods and lift at least 20 pounds.
