Overview
We are looking for purpose-driven Team Members to become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. As a Team Member you will help guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them in selecting smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. The successful Team Member will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.
Responsibilities
Blend delicious tasting smoothies.
Ensure guests’ purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
Greets and engages the guest to provide a friendly experience.
Properly prep all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
Performs opening and/or closing duties.
Performs store checklist tasks.
Shows up on time and ready to work.
Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
Qualifications
Ability to connect and communicate with guests and team members with a "guest comes first" attitude.
Minimum age requirement: Candidates must be at least sixteen (16) years of age or older.
Experience in a fast‑food environment preferred, but not necessary.
