Job Summary
The Parking Attendant will direct guests in the parking structure and answer questions to ensure a positive guest experience.

The Details

Position Type: Seasonal

Season Dates: May 2026 - October 2026

Pay: $14.70/hour

Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities

Act as a positive first contact with guests as they arrive.

Provide clear direction and information to guests and vehicles on where to park.

Respond to guest questions and inquiries in a professional manner.

Help in maintaining cleanliness and clear surfaces of parking facility area, including but not limited to booths, grounds, parking spaces, walkways.

Act as a crossing guard at the pedestrian walkway between the parking facility and the Memorial.

Follow proper cash handling and payment procedures.

Follow Company and departmental environmental and safety practices, policies, and procedures.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous hospitality experience is preferred.

Ability to provide excellent guest service.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where tasks and priorities can change quickly and with little notice.

Willing to “pitch-in” and help the team with tasks.

Must be a positive team player with flexible schedules who like to have fun and have the passion to work.

Ability and willingness to work outside in various weather conditions and temperatures at elevations over 5,000 feet.

Physical Requirements

Constantly standing, walking, and handling.

Frequently reaching outward, and lifting/carrying up to 10-20 pounds.

Occasionally reach above shoulder, climbing, crawling, squatting/kneeling, bending, lifting/carrying 21-100 pounds, and pushing/pulling up to 100 pounds.
