You’re physically able to stand, bend, lift, and walk throughout your shift, lifting up to 50 pounds when needed.
About the Job:
Portion and prepare ingredients and menu items according to specifications.
Prepare and cook menu items to meet quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
Follow recipes and maintain a clean workspace to ensure all food is prepared safely and to standard.
Assist with inventory management, ensuring proper rotation of stock and reporting any low inventory.
Maintain a clean and organized prep area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good working order.
Work efficiently to meet prep and production timelines to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Uphold kitchen cleanliness and safety standards by adhering to proper hygiene and organizational practices.
Handle food safely, including proper storage and disposal, to maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
