At Lakeside Park Club, we offer an exceptional dining experience in a prestigious and welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking a dedicated and personable Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellent service and will help provide an outstanding experience for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent food and beverage service in the clubhouse, bar, and outdoor dining areas.
Take customer orders, suggest food and drink options, and answer any menu-related questions.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, following standard recipes and guidelines.
Ensure members’ and guests' needs are met promptly and courteously, creating a positive dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining tables.
Process payments, including cash and credit card transactions, accurately and efficiently.
Assist in opening and closing procedures for the restaurant and bar.
Ensure the safety and well‑being of guests by following alcohol service guidelines and state regulations.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a server and bartender is preferred but not required.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry trays or glassware.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A positive, friendly demeanor and strong attention to detail.
