The Marketing and Communications Coordinator supports the development and execution of strategic marketing, branding, and communications initiatives. This role is responsible for creating compelling content, managing social media platforms, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels to enhance the organization's visibility and engagement. This position helps build awareness, strengthen donor and community relationships, and promote programs and services through strategic communications and marketing initiatives. This role combines strong writing, design, and digital skills with a deep commitment to OPCS's mission of ending homelessness and promoting housing stability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Visual Storytelling & Graphic Design

Design high-quality print and digital materials including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, signage, reports, videos, and ads.
Collaborate with program staff to produce materials that support outreach, education, and fundraising. Content created should reflect the dignity and resilience of OPCS clients and align with our brand identity.
Assist with photography and video production for events and campaigns.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

Manage and grow the organization's presence across social media platforms.
Create and schedule posts that promote events, share success stories, fundraising, and engage the community.

Brand & Messaging

Ensure brand consistency in all communications and marketing materials.
Support the development of messaging strategies for campaigns and events.

Event Promotion & Coordination

Assist in marketing and communications for fundraising and community events, including outreach, materials, and post-event follow-up.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
Support event logistics and capture media for post-event communications.

Website & Email Campaigns

Maintain and update website content to reflect current services, events, and news.
Design and send email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Demonstrated interest in nonprofit work and a strong commitment to the mission of OPCS.
Bachelor's degree required and 2+ years of professional working experience in communications, marketing, or community relations.
Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present information concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Strong administrative and computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher; familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) a plus.
Experience with social media platforms.
Knowledge of video production and editing a plus
Ability to prioritize concurrent projects with a high level of attention to detail.
Responsible, dependable, energetic self-starter with a strong interpersonal skill and a commitment to a team approach.
A flexible schedule with availability on some nights and weekends.
Ability to work with cultural and socioeconomically diverse populations.
Must possess a current AZ Driver's License and Insurance and have reliable transportation.
Bilingual and/or a Veteran is a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Director of Sales is responsible for driving sales growth of Array’s services with new hospital, health system, medical group and clinic partners within an assigned territory. Sellers are responsible for developing, maintaining and nurturing a pipeline of opportunities, qualifying and evaluating appropriateness of opportunities, and converting those opportunities into closed contracts. This individual will be expected to represent Array’s portfolio of services and must have a robust understanding of the healthcare market, especially within the continuum of behavioral health care, hospitals, and health systems. This crucial role serves as the organization’s ambassador through outreach, in-person meetings and conference participation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Drive sales growth with new health system partners
Develop a robust understanding of addressable market within territory including current partners, prospects, systems, professional groups and regulations
Develop, maintain, and execute on a strategic plan for territory management
Build and maintain a sufficient opportunity pipeline through direct efforts and collaboration with marketing.
Qualify opportunities based on relevant knowledge of operational realities and organizational strategy
Maintain engagement and momentum through complex, mid to long-term, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Monitor, set and manage appropriate expectations with prospects to set the stage for successful implementations
Collaborate regularly with Array’s clinical, operational and technical teams to roll out new contracts and play a significant role in communicating with new partners along the implementation timeline
Diligently document sales information and activity within Salesforce CRM
All other duties as assigned

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years’ experience selling to C-suite hospital targets, in particular the CNO
Minimum of 10 years outside sales territory management experience
Ability to plan, manage and deliver on a sales strategy within your assigned territory
Ability to effectively work from home with a remote team
Successful track record navigating and managing complex and long sales cycles
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite
Must be comfortable delivering presentations via video conferencing
Approximately 30% to 50% overnight travel required

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The pay range for this role starts at $150,000 per year. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position using current market data. The final offer will be determined based on an individual's skills, years of experience, education, capacity, licenses, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Position Overview:
PTI Health by DocGo is a leading provider of in-home phlebotomy services, delivering compassionate and reliable care to homebound patients. We are seeking a results-driven

Business Development Manager

to lead our efforts in expanding partnerships with insurance companies and healthcare payers. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing contractual relationships that increase access to our services, drive patient referrals, and support long-term growth. Responsibilities:

Responsible for driving referral volume growth from providers for PTI services
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting providers that service patients within our network of contracted health plans to generate referrals for homebound patients
Identify, pitch, and close partnership opportunities that integrate our services into thousands of provider offices
Responsible for executing contracts with managed care payors in de novo states
Execute our go-to-market strategy targeting Medicare Advantage, and Managed Medicaid plans in identified states we are looking to expand into.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, clinical, product, and marketing to ensure successful implementation of partnerships.
Track performance metrics, forecast revenue, and report regularly on pipeline and deal progress.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant job experience will be considered.
At least 3 years of provider sales experience
Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the healthcare industry
Demonstrated success in closing complex business opportunities with payers
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions to diverse audiences.
Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
