Learn more about our benefits !Where is the work:On-site in Fort Smith, AR.**What you will do:*** Develop and maintain positive working relationships with Commercial Sales Offices nationwide* Process customer orders and manage them throughout their lifecycle* Answer incoming inquiries from Sales Offices regarding order changes, order expedites, product returns, and other general inquiries

·* Research and resolve any customer issues

·* Work cross-functionally with sales offices, product management, factories, finance, scheduling, logistics, and shipping to meet customer requirements* Proactively keep current on product knowledge and customer service standard work* Use problem solving skills to improve processes**What you will bring:*** Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.* 1-3 years of experience in customer service, inside and/or outside sales, preferably in an industrial environment* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

·* Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills* Must show the ability to handle difficult situations while remaining professional and courteous

·* Must demonstrate the ability to build strategic relationships across functions of an organization* Must exhibit the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and take initiative to implement them
