No Specialized Background Required — We’ll Train You

If you have
2+ years of professional work experience , a strong work ethic, and enjoy helping people feel heard and supported, this role could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do as a Customer Care Coach
Working one‑on‑one with individuals throughout the day
Guiding participants through scheduled sessions using specialized program tools and technology (training provided)
Helping individuals stay motivated and engaged through simple practices like journaling, gratitude exercises, goal setting, and habit‑building
Preparing daily plans to help participants get the most value from each session
Tracking progress and updating internal records so the team stays aligned
Creating a calm, welcoming environment where people feel comfortable and supported
What You Need
2+ years of full-time professional experience demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic
Strong interpersonal skills with a naturally positive, people‑focused attitude
Clear communication skills both in person and in writing
Ability to remain calm and supportive in fast‑paced environments
Willingness to learn, grow, and accept feedback
Authorization to work in the United States
