NH Investment & Securities America is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join its Global Equities Trading (GET) Desk in New York.
The GET Desk oversees integrated functions across U.S. equity markets, and this role offers hands‑on exposure to trading operations, client service, and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support day‑to‑day trading operations and client‑related workflows for the Global Equities Trading Desk
Assist in processing and managing trade‑related requests across the full trade lifecycle
Handle inbound and outbound client communications promptly and professionally
Provide high‑quality client service, including responding to inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
Coordinate with clearing firms, custodian banks, and headquarters to support operational accuracy and regulatory compliance
Assist in trade monitoring and ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations
Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
Collaborate with internal teams on operational and strategic initiatives
Stay informed on market trends, financial products, and regulatory developments
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
FINRA Series 7 and 63 (must be obtained within 180 days of employment)
Fluency in both Korean and English is required, with the ability to draft and handle professional documents in Korean (business‑level written proficiency required)
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of financial markets, trade lifecycle, and settlement processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean (including ability to prepare professional documentation in Korean)
Prior experience in client‑facing or financial services roles preferred
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a time‑sensitive environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong interest in financial markets and Sales & Trading
