Youll join a team embedded in the community, providing services in:
* Boone County schools
* Witham Pediatrics
* Witham Pain Management
* Witham Family Medicine - Thorntown
* Witham Physician Specialty Center - Crawfordsville
* Sylvias Child Advocacy Center
* Boone County Jail
* And multiple office locations in Lebanon, Zionsville, Crawfordsville, Thorntown, and Frankfort
Were currently seeking *two (2) Masters-level Therapists/Counselors* to join our *outpatient team* in either our *Crawfordsville* or *Thorntown* office.
*We strongly prefer candidates who are license-eligible* (with a temporary permit) or fully licensed as:
* *LCAC-A, LMHC-A, LSW-A, LAC* (associate/temporary levels)
* *LCAC, LMHC, LCSW, LSW* (full licenses)
with experience in *social work, mental health, and/or addictions*.
Key Duties
* Conduct comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment planning, and crisis evaluations
* Provide individual and group counseling in an outpatient setting
* Perform case management
* Educate clients and their support networks on addiction issues and available services/programs
* Deliver holistic, whole-person approaches to recovery
* Collaborate closely with families, probation officers, law enforcement, and other key stakeholders
* Submit billing and required paperwork in a timely manner
Requirements
* Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field
* Must be *license-eligible with a temporary permit* OR hold one of the following *Indiana licenses*: *LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LCAC*
