Front Desk Hosts are responsible for welcoming and creating the first impression for guests. These individuals have the ability to influence the overall guest experience by providing top level customer service during their stay. Responsibilities include guest registration, processing forms of payment, responding to guest inquiries and upselling hotel rooms.

Our front desk hosts are the first point of contact, and the face of Hyatt Regency Minneapolis. If you have customer service experience and are interested in hospitality, we’d love to hear from you!

What you can expect
Compensation: $19 per hour

After your first 30 days with us, you’ll receive a $250 sign‑on bonus.

Qualifications

Hotel/Front Desk experience (preferred)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Money handling experience (preferred)

This is a PM role with shifts typically starting at 3pm
