A residential community in Marietta is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Bilingual Leasing Agent to support daily leasing operations. This role is responsible for assisting prospective and current residents, conducting property tours, and delivering excellent service in both English and Spanish to enhance the resident experience and support occupancy goals.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist prospective and current residents in person, by phone, and online (English/Spanish)

Conduct community tours and present apartment features, pricing, and availability

Process lease applications, renewals, and required documentation accurately

Maintain resident and prospect records in property management systems

Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner

Support marketing and outreach initiatives to attract new residents

Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and unit inspections

Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies

Qualifications

Fluency in English and Spanish required

Previous experience in leasing, property management, sales, or customer service preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software

High school diploma or equivalent required

Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills

Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
