Buying Office Assistant
Monday-Friday, 30 hours a week

Position Duties

Provide administrative operational support for the Senior Buying Office Staff.

Working with Gift, Home and Hardgood products

Define items, enter P.O.'s, pull essential reports for buyers.

Assist with Communication and execution to the stores.

Assist with item management on Bachmans.com.

Markdowns: seasonally.

Assist with replenishment operations.

Supports Senior Buyer in PO writing and distribution of product.

Order office supplies.

Qualifications

Advanced administrative skills; including Microsoft Office Suite products.

High degree of organizational skills required.

Must be able to compute margins, markups, costs and discounts.

Good ability to prioritize and manage time.

Communicate effectively with Bachman's stores and departments.

Four year degree preferred.

Schedule
Monday-Friday, Business Hours, 30 hours/week

Compensation
$20.00/hour
